Tackle your daily to-do list, faster

When you're juggling a career, a family and running a household, the never-ending to-do list can drain your energy. Gemini connects across your everyday apps to take over tedious scheduling, inbox triage and daily decision-making – so that you can stay present for the moments that matter.

Put Gemini to work in every part of your day

Offload your busywork to Gemini

Hand over the project management of your personal life to your virtual chief of staff. Gemini can autonomously coordinate family holidays, track housing listings and build complex reports. Spend less time figuring out all the details and more time enjoying the life that you've built.

Tasks in Gemini is only available to Google AI Pro and Ultra subscribers in selected countries.5

At 9:00 am daily, scan for flights from Heathrow to Tokyo in December. If a direct flight drops below £800, alert me and copy it into a Google Sheet.

Wrangle your daily to-dos

Start your day with total clarity and control. With your permission, every morning Gemini can scan your Gmail and Calendar to help you prioritise your day. Think of Daily Brief as your personalised to-do list, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.

Make the right call, faster

Approach high-stakes decisions without the hours of research and endless browser tabs. Deep Research does the heavy lifting for you – weighing important factors and distilling trade-offs into a clear, actionable summary so that you can make the right call with confidence.
