Google One Student Discount Terms

The Offer

The Google One Student Offer (“Offer”) provides you with subscription benefits at no charge for the duration of the promoted 15 month period from the day you redeem the Offer (the “Offer Period”). The Google One Terms of Service apply to your subscription during the Offer Period. The Google Privacy Policy describes how personal data is handled in this service.

Offer expires and must be redeemed by June 30, 2025.

Requirements & eligibility

To be eligible for this Offer and retain access for the whole Offer Period, you must:

Be 18 years of age or older;
Be a resident of Brazil, Indonesia, Japan, the United Kingdom, or the United States;
Have successfully verified your student status using a valid school email address as and when requested;
Reverify your enrollment by August 31st, 2025;
Have a personal Google Account;
Have a Google Payments account with a qualifying form of payment at sign-up; and
Subscribe to Google AI Pro through the Google Play Store.

This Offer is limited to users who do not currently have an active Google One subscription, and existing Google One members who are not subscribed to a higher tier plan than the one being offered. You do not qualify for the Offer if you're an enterprise purchaser, a discounted Pixel bundle subscriber, or if you currently have a Google One subscription through a third party or affiliate such as Google Fi. You also do not qualify if you have a supervised Google Account.

Google may request certain information for verification purposes. Google reserves the right to determine eligibility in its sole discretion.

Recurring billing & cancellations

On the date your Offer Period ends, except where consent is required under laws, your form of payment will be automatically charged the standard monthly or annual Google One subscription price for your country, until you cancel your subscription. You can cancel anytime. To avoid being charged the standard monthly or annual Google One subscription price, you must cancel before the end of the Offer Period. If you cancel your subscription during the Offer Period, your membership may remain active until the end of the Offer Period.

Storage limits

If you cancel your subscription and have exceeded your Google Account storage limit during the Offer Period, you will need to delete files (see how you can free up space) or purchase a Google One membership and will not be able to store anything new until you do. See Help Center for more details.

General

Available for a limited time. This Offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law. This Offer is non-transferable, cannot be resold, and (except as outlined in these terms) cannot be combined with other Google One offers. If you violate any of these terms, the Offer will be invalid and we may terminate your trial subscription.
